With the Grade 1 - 6 children now working in their amazing new learning areas, share with the Parktone community - What is your favourite part of the building and why?
We have all enjoyed settling in to the new building! My favourite part of the building would be the flexible learning spaces. The spaces give teachers and students a greater opportunity to do a wider range of activities, and of course work together!
My name is Mrs Milton. I use to teach at Parktone Primary but my name was Miss Hailes at the time. I think the preps I taught would be in grade 6 now. I love the new building it looks great your very lucky to have it.
Have a look at my classes blog and leave us a comment would love to hear from some you. http://grade2mk.global2.vic.edu.au/
Parktone Primary opened in 1961, in a quiet residential street of Parkdale. The school grounds are spacious and attractive. Traditional classrooms have been transformed into stimulating learning centres incorporating computer technology. Our motto 'Always Moving Forward' defines the mindset of our teachers, parents and students. We are always moving forward in our understanding and in the ways we work together.

ReplyDeleteI love being in such a new, clean, bright and colourful area. The design on the carpet looks fantastic.
