Well my passion is history and I just love it. And in drama we did a little scene from the story Snow White with no words just miming. I think the Working in you're Element is a great way of understanding the students way of thinking and interest. The child can intoract with the other students and get to know them better. All the children get to do something new each term.
ReplyDeleteThe "Working in Your Element" Program is a fantastic opportunity for staff, parents and students to be involved in what they are passionate about. I am passionate about Yoga and Relaxation. I am not only excited to be working in my element but I am excited to share it with other students and families. Every Wednesday I am delighted to open up the classroom to a range of smiling P-6 students.
ReplyDeleteI think Working in your element awesome because you can work/play to every think you do.I think not many schools would have that.
ReplyDeleteWatching the students across all year levels work together with such enthusiasm during our ‘Working In Your Element’ sessions is a credit to everyone. Last week during Sport, we played a range of fun warm up games followed by a tunnel ball with a twist. Everyone displayed excellent sportsmanship, cheering fellow team members on. We look forward to introducing the students to Track and Field events during the coming weeks.
ReplyDeleteI have loved working in my element and planting vegetables in our new garden. We can't wait to see them grow so we can pick and eat them. Maybe we could even use them in the cooking group.

ReplyDeleteHello, Working in your element was really fun like backyard science, We first split up into groups of 3,4 and we went on different tables and each one had a different experiment. My favourite one was dishwashing liquid with coloured water, when you blew on it with a straw the bubbles became huge. People were making all there bubbles join up to make a huge super bubble! It was really fun.
ReplyDeleteMy passion is sport and we have been playing Footy and basketball.
