Sharpen the Saw - What hobbies keep you balanced?

Thanks for all your wonderful winter suggestions. I'm sure many of you enjoyed keeping warm over the school holidays using all the different ways listed by our community.

Sharpening the Saw is an important habit to help us to balance all parts of our life. What hobbies help you balance your mind, body, spirit and soul? How do you make sure you have time to Sharpen the Saw each week? Share your tips with us.

  35. I sharpen the saw by playing netball. I practise once a week, every week, and play a game of netball, every week we can. I also practise outside with my mum to help train. We do this for about an hour. That's how I sharpen the saw.

  65. This is how I sharpen the SAW!!!!!.... I usedto go with my dad for runs but now I play Gang-Up tiggy every day at school and I play basketball at home, training, and on Saturday!!!!!!!!!!!!.................. I love ocelots!

  71. I sharpen the saw by playing with my friends and playing sport. Also by playing soccer and eating healthy food. My hobbies are riding my BMX, playing on my scooter by going to skateparks and fishing. Kidspace is good because you can exercise and play on the big slides.

I love getting outside and doing some physical activities because it is balancing my body. if you get outside alot that is great. I love playing sports because it is so fun. I love doing ball sports because it is super fun.

  73. I sharpen the saw by balancing my eating so that I have enough sugar and enough healthy sugars in me. I also sharpen the saw by playing netball this helps me with my co-ordination and fitness. So everyone out there SHARPEN THE SAW!

  99. I Sharpen The Saw by making sure that I'm not to stressed with something. If I am, I have a quick rest to calm down my mind. Also i keep my body fit and well, and to have some fruit everyday.:)
