- Parktone Primary opened in 1961, in a quiet residential street of Parkdale. The school grounds are spacious and attractive. Traditional classrooms have been transformed into stimulating learning centres incorporating computer technology. Our motto 'Always Moving Forward' defines the mindset of our teachers, parents and students. We are always moving forward in our understanding and in the ways we work together.
The concert this year was the best. For me the highlights were when the teachers came out dancing and when Chloe was singing "Hallelujah".

ReplyDeleteAll the kids into 1/2E looked fantastic in their Grease costumes. I'm so proud of them!
I liked my sister singing her solo, and the safety dance. My favourite was the Greece song.
ReplyDeleteThe School Concert this year was fantastic. My favourite dance was the teachers dance and Mr. Danson sang, He was really funny. I did a solo and sang "Hallelujah", the school choir sang the chorus with me they were amazing! I was really nervous because the School captains, Jared and I stood up at the front of the stage and spoke in between every song. All the awesome teachers took time with there classes and taught the dances and at the concert everyone was wonderful.Thank you.
ReplyDeleteI liked dressing up as a rocker with sideburns and singing a song from the movie Grease. I also liked my sister's song called I'm on my way.
ReplyDeleteI thought that the teachers was my best one.Saddly I didn't get to see the preps paformens but luckly my mum is buying a DVD so now I can see the preps paformens.That was a good night.
ReplyDeleteMy favourite performance this year was the teachers performance. Mr.Danson was singing while all the teachers were dressed up. I thought Mr.Briggs was really funny because he was wearing a dress, I just couldn't stop laughing!
ReplyDeleteI had a great time at the consert.I loved the teachers because they were funny.My favourite act was I'm On My Way. I had to do 4 dances. they were Grease,Hi-5,Hallelujah and Together We Are One.
ReplyDeleteMichelle: I agree! It was very funny. The part I liked mainly was our dance because I couldn't wait to perform and when I was up on stage I couldn't stop smiling. We all did a good job, as did all the other Parktone students.

ReplyDeleteWell Done to everyone who was in the concert, you all did a tremendous job. My highlight of the concert was when the teachers came dancing in the funny costumes and Mr.Briggs was whering a dress.

I liked the concert it was fantastic, especially the teachers song because it was very funny. I also enjoyed singing and dancing the Grease song and the song "I can go anywhere". I am really excited about the Christmas Carols night in December.

ReplyDeleteI liked the concert because it was the best! I had fun and I hope everybody else did. My songs were I'm On My Way, We're All In This Together, I Am Australian, United We Stand and The Parktone Song. It was a great night and again it was the best. It was better than all of the other years. Bye!

I loved singing For United we stand. It was fun to sing with Maisie. That was the first time I sang on my own at a concert.

ReplyDeleteGreat concert Parktone Prinary School.1/2T, I wish I was in the dance but I couldn't be there because I was in Queeensland. Maisie and Katie, great job for leading the song that is similar to the school song.Parktone Primary you are a huge hit.
ReplyDeleteWhen I was on stage I felt very nervous because I was standing in front of lots of people. My favourite dance was 1/2 E's dance called 'We Go Together.

I was very nervous on the night.I had a fabulous time there.We did "I Can Go Anywhere" from Hi5 and "10 Little Indians" and we were fantastic. I loved the concert so much.
