- Parktone Primary opened in 1961, in a quiet residential street of Parkdale. The school grounds are spacious and attractive. Traditional classrooms have been transformed into stimulating learning centres incorporating computer technology. Our motto 'Always Moving Forward' defines the mindset of our teachers, parents and students. We are always moving forward in our understanding and in the ways we work together.
Hi, I'm Chloe and I know that this year is going to be a fantastic year at Parktone Primary School. I am really looking forward to being School Capitan and all the responsibilities that come with this position. I also can't wait for all the new Preps to come to the school. The little kids are so cute when they first start school and I am waiting to spend time with my two little buddies Lucy and Alex. There are many wonderful teachers at Parktone and some new ones are starting this year. I am looking forward to learning new things at School this year in the 5/6 learning centre and I have also set myself many goals with my spelling and maths that I am looking forward to achieving. Parktone P.S is also a great school to go to because you have heaps of fun whilst you're learning. As a student of Parktone P.S I think it is the best school to go to ,I have been at this school for six years and I am looking forward to my seventh and last year of primary school. We also have a great Principal, Mr. Danson, he always has a smile on his face and he is really nice to the students. Mr. Danson has helped me and a lot of other students throughout last year. He is the best principal a School could have and I am so glad Parktone P.S has him. GO PARKTONE!!! Thank you for reading my comments.

I can't wait to use the iPod Touch again in the classroom. Now that every grade has a set it will be great to do things such as creating stories for the younger kids as well as all the brilliant Apps to help make learning fun.

ReplyDeleteIm Amy Lowis and i just cant wait to go back to school in 2010 because im a year six and i get a buddie. MY buddies name is Georgia, we are already friends. With a buddie you help them settle into their first year of school.A big part of 2010 for me is the year 5/6 camp it looks so fun, its at Echuca. Last year it was fun but Echuca sounds better. Ill also have to work realy hard to get ready for high school. I love the IPod Touches too so i can't wait to go back on them. Thank you for reading what I'm looking forward to in 2010!

My name is Jared and I am in Grade 6 this year. I hope this year will be fantastic, I'm looking forward to working with Chloe and Mr Danson in helping to move Parktone forward and also with the other peers around the school. I'm super excited about the new iTouch we get to use in class this year, it's going to be so cool. I'm looking forward to learning heaps of new things and having fun. Go Marriott House this year.

I am looking forward to watching the progress of our new building works. It will give all Parktone students wonderful new learning spaces. It is great to be able to welcome 2 new staff members to our teaching team along with all the gorgeous preps who will look so grown up in their crisp new uniforms. It will be exciting to watch the Year 5/6's develop throughout the year and tackle all of the exciting challenges we have planned for them. The count down to the return of school has begun so I'll see everyone soon.

ReplyDeleteI am really looking forward to going back to 1/2, though I will miss the teaching Preps. This year will be great as we will be getting a new building which is very exciting. I am also looking forward to working with Miss Tuck and all the wonderful students in my class.
