I sharpen the saw by doing homework before playing games or watching TV. And eating healthy food. After school I like to do Taekwondo. This helps me defend myself and others who aren't baddies. It helps me with self control.

I love getting outside and doing some physical activities because it is balancing my body. if you get outside alot that is great. I love playing sports because it is so fun. I Sharpen The Saw by making sure that I'm not to stressed with something. If I am, I have a quick rest to calm down my mind. Also i keep my body fit and well, and to have some fruit everyday.:)
